These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are between you and AMAN Innovation Group Sdn. Bhd. (company registration no. 202601036341) regarding your use of amaninnov.com and related AMAN digital services.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, enrolling in training, submitting a form or otherwise using AMAN services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the relevant services.

AMAN provides information and digital experiences relating to innovation, technology, advisory, venture building, training, AI readiness, careers and related business activities. Features and services may change, expand, be suspended or discontinued from time to time.

Information on the website is provided for general informational and business purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

• You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials and verification codes confidential.
• You must not allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
• You should notify AMAN promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
• We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data or service integrity.

You may use AMAN services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases or administration areas.
• Do not interfere with, overload, probe or circumvent security controls, rate limits or technical protections.
• Do not upload malicious code, harmful content, unlawful material or content that infringes another party’s rights.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract data at a scale that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.
• Do not impersonate AMAN, another user or another organization, or provide knowingly false information.

Training content, course availability, eligibility rules and certificate requirements may vary by program. Completion of content does not by itself guarantee a certificate unless the stated requirements are met.

Certificates may include a verification mechanism and may be revoked where they were issued in error, obtained through misuse or otherwise invalid under the applicable program rules.

Website content, AI readiness tools, forms and preliminary advisory communications are intended to support discovery and discussion. They are not a substitute for a separately agreed professional engagement, legal advice, financial advice or other regulated professional advice.

Any paid or formal advisory, technology or venture-building engagement may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, contract or other written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, the AMAN name, brand assets, website design, original text, software interfaces, training materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to AMAN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit protected AMAN content without permission or another lawful basis.

AMAN may use or link to third-party services for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, analytics or other functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. AMAN is not responsible for services outside its control.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, upgrades or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, AMAN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the general public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to you under applicable law. Any dispute should first be raised with AMAN in good faith so the parties can seek a practical resolution.
